Hello, I just wanted to write because buying a car is usually a tough and stressful process. We really want to thank Kyle and JP for all of their help and honesty while in the process of purchasing a pre-loved VW. We are very impressed with the standard of vehicle we received and the hard work they put into helping us find the perfect car without the usual car salesmen run around. Dear Manager, I would like to personally thank your parts and service staff for the exceptional service I received after my car broke down, while on holidays from Victoria, just outside of Jasper. After the experience of having my car towed, Guy your service manager made my life, and holiday much easier. Your staff discovered the problem and although there were many ways this could be handled the work was done immediately so that I could be back on my way.
It was the service that I was so impressed with as well as the fact that when I arrived the car had even been washed; a value added service thatI wish my VW Dealer would appreciate.
Needless to say, I will be advising my VW friends in Edmonton and those traveling to keep your number handy just in case-as I did. I don’t usually write letters to companies but when one receives this level of customer service, it should be acknowledged and hopefully rewarded

To Whom It May Concern, On August 17th, I took my 1997 VW Jetta to Norden Autohaus in Edmonton for a timing belt and cruise control repair. I felt I had to write you to commend the excellent and professional service offered by this dealership. I have been taking my car to them since I purchased it new in January of 1997 and have never had to return to have something redone with any of their repairs. This dealership is a great asset to your company. In fact their service department is so good that I am driving almost 300km to have work done to my Jetta.
In closing, I would like to thank Volkswagen for the 274,000 kms of sheer pleasure I have had driving my 1997 Jetta GL. It is truly a wonderful car.

Dear Manager, I went to Norden on May 11th because my rear view mirror fell off. While nobody else seemed to know how to deal with it, your service guy came and put it back on in two minutes. It was amazing how knowledgeable he was on VW products. It was the best service I got from any VW dealership.
